Ingredients

1X serving amount: 2 8-inch waffles

Dry

bread flour, 0.5 cup

brown sugar, 3 tsp

baking powder, 0.5 tsp

olive oil, 1.5 TBSP

Spices

salt, 0.125 tsp (1/8 tsp = original)

egg, 1 whole

milk, 0.333 cups (1/3 cup = original)

Directions

Step 1

Start preheating your waffle maker. In a small bowl, add:

0.5 cup bread flour

3 tsp brown sugar

0.5 tsp baking powder

0.125 tsp (1/8 tsp = original) salt

Whisk until well combined.

Step 2

Once the dry ingredients are whisked, add:

1.5 TBSP olive oil

1 whole egg

0.333 cups (1/3 cup = original) milk

Stir everything well and pour half the batter into an 8-inch classic waffle maker. Cook until the light is green, repeat with the second half of the batter.

Step 3

Serve and enjoy!
