butter, 2 TBSP
milk, 2 cups
Directions
Step 1
In a pot, add:
1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
2 cups whole milk

Stir until well combined. Bring to a simmer over high heat, then reduce to medium-low and let it simmer until thick (about 10 minutes).
Tip: The milk will bubble up and spill over the sides, make sure to keep an eye on the oats and stir to reduce the bubbling.

0.5 tsp ground saigon cinnamon
0.25 tsp (just add more to your personal taste) salt
Stir everything well, let simmer on low a little longer.
